1. Are WalkTall Shoes comfortable to wear?
WalkTall Shoes are comfortable because they are light weight, made with the finest leather and crafted to the highest standards. Initially you might need to get accustomed to the higher position of your foot. However, you’ll be soon wearing them at home, at work, at weddings just like any other regular shoes. In fact you may never compromise your height by wearing those regular shoes again.

 2. Do you offer local pickup?
We do not offer local pickups. There are three retail stores where you can make a purchase of our shoes.  The locations can be found by following the link below:

 3. Can you send me a catalog?
WalkTall Shoes is strictly an online retailer, and therefore we do not provide a hard copy catalog to our customers. Our website is updated on a regular basis. By visiting our website frequently, you will see the most up-to-date information on our available products.

 4. At what time should I call the Customer Service?
Our customer service hotline is open from 9:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. We also have a 24 hour voice mail as well.  You can leave us a message any time and we'll get back to you asap.

 5. Do I have to order a different size WalkTall Shoes than my regular shoe size?
Please note that all WalkTall shoes are made with medium width as most people wear medium width shoes. If you wear medium width shoes then you need to order the same size as that of your regular shoes.  If however, you wear wide size shoes then you will need to order at least one size bigger shoes.

 6. I wear wide width shoes. Do you have such shoes in stock?
Currently the only wide size design we have in stock is the Executive Roma.  All other WalkTall Shoes are available only in Medium Width. Medium or ‘D’ width should fit well on most feet. However, people with wider feet can try wearing at least one size larger shoe.To view the wide size Executive Roma design please follow the link below:

 7. What’s the difference between ‘Medium’ width and ‘D’ width shoes?
Both ‘D’ and ‘M’ means the Medium width shoes.

 8. How does a European or other international sizes convert to the USA/Canadian sizes?

 9. How do I measure my shoe size?
Our shoes follow the USA/Canadian sizing system. If you are not sure of your size, you can measure your shoe size.  Please note that this chart will give you an approximate size. If you know your shoe size then by all means order the size that you usually wear.

 10. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments through VISA, MASTERCARD, and PayPal

 11. Is it safe to use credit card information to make a purchase?
Absolutely, once you have checked out from the shopping cart the site will be automatically directed towards a secured server. Here you can enter your credit card information which is encrypted by SSL (Secured Socket Layers). This is the most advanced online ordering security system available

 12. What is your return policy?

 13. How long will it take for my purchase to be delivered?
When you place an order with WalkTall Shoes, you are emailed a confirmation of your order. We ship most of the orders within two business days after we’ve received the payment. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information for your shipment. The tracking information sent to you via email from WalkTall Shoes will provide the most detailed information as to when you can expect your shipment.
As a general rule of the thumb, most shipments to the USA and Canada should take about 5-6 business days. Most international shipments should take about 6-7 business days.

 14. Do you ship at APO/FPO addresses?
Yes we do and the shipping charges are the same as for the USA. However, the shipment may take a little longer to get at your address.

 15. Do you offer shipping discount if I order more than one pair?
The shipping cost to USA/Canada is included in the price.  You do not have to pay any extra for shipping within the USA and Canada.For international orders we do offer shipping discounts for orders of more than one pair of shoes.  Please follow the link below for information on shipping discount:
